  • Happy 46th, David.

Just to be clear, I'm hoping for photos AND... videos.

I am sorry to hear about Brian's unemployment. It's scary that people losing jobs doesn't seem to surprise people anymore.

It doesn't matter whether boycotts work or not. Gay people should just not patronize businesses (or churches for that matter) that treat them as less than equal. I mean... HELLO!!!

  • Marco (and all...) - don't worry about my unemployment. My lay-off isn't like others in that I get laid off when there are no shows to be built and re-hired immediately when there are shows to be built.

The shop where I work has nothing until the summer when we will be building shows for Fall, but when that rolls around, we do have (from what I have heard) 13 shows to build...

I can survive until then just fine on savings and who knows what other work sources I can find. I also think that even with the economic slowdown, Broadway will be just fine. I was in Times Square last week and there was a two hour line for TKTS (the half price ticket booth), and there were only three shows left up on the board.
